Set within the beautiful Cabalva Estate, our Fisherman's Flat is a cosy, self-contained apartment for two adults, located at one end of our family home. Offering comfort, fishing convenience and a tranquil countryside setting - it's the perfect place to unwind after a day’s fishing on the river.

The flat features a comfortable double bedroom, spacious shower room and a welcoming living area equipped with a sofa bed and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Outside, you'll find a small sitting area and dedicated parking for your convenience.

With direct access by foot to our private stretch of the River Wye, Fisherman's Flat is an ideal base for anglers looking to enjoy superb fishing. Fishing for two rods on a stretch in front of the house is included with your stay - this is upstream and separate from Mill Cottage.

As part of the family home, you may well hear children and dogs nearby. This means the flat is best for anglers, rather than those looking for a quiet romantic break! We regret that no pets are allowed.
