Cabalva beef is of exceptional quality. We are the opposite of mass-produced beef - our production is low and our farm is both organic and regenerative. Our Aberdeen Angus cattle are a vital part of improving the health of our soil and boosting biodiversity.

100% grass-fed beef is a seasonal product as cattle mature when the grass is growing. By offering a limited number of frozen beef boxes, our beef becomes available throughout the year. It’s also a convenient way to receive your beef as most of our customers freeze on receipt. 

• A full box typically contains:
  2 x sirloin steaks, 2 x rump steaks, 4 x minute steaks, 1 x flat iron steak, 1 x short rib , mince, stewing steak, 2 x roasting joints. Approx. total weight 10.5kg. £190

• A half box typically contains:
  1 x sirloin steak , 1 x rump steaks, 2 x minute steaks, 1 x flat iron steak, 1 x short rib, mince, stewing steak, 1 x roasting joint. Approx. total weight 5kg. £105
