Cabalva beef is of exceptional quality. We are the opposite of mass-produced beef - our production is low and our farm is both organic and regenerative. Our Aberdeen Angus cattle are a vital part of improving the health of our soil and boosting biodiversity.
100% grass-fed beef is a seasonal product as cattle mature when the grass is growing. By offering a limited number of frozen beef boxes, our beef becomes available throughout the year. It’s also a convenient way to receive your beef as most of our customers freeze on receipt.
A full box typically contains:
4 x packs of steaks (i.e. sirloin / rump steaks / minute / flat iron) at approx. 500g per pack, 1 x short rib , mince, stewing steak, 2 x roasting joints. Approx. total weight 9.5kg. £190
A half box typically contains:
2 x packs of steaks (i.e. sirloin / rump steaks / minute / flat iron) at approx. 500g per pack, mince, stewing steak, 1 x roasting joint. Approx. total weight 5kg. £100
